The Association of Swiss Modeling Agencies (VSM) is the collective voice of professional modeling agencies in Switzerland. It advocates for fair conditions, clear standards, and responsible development of the industry, for the benefit of models, clients, and member agencies.

As a politically independent, non-profit organization, the VSM strengthens the interests of its members vis-à-vis authorities, institutions, and the public. It provides guidance in a changing market and promotes active exchange among agencies.

The association is committed to sustainable structures, fair minimum fees, clear booking conditions, transparent fee models, and the protection of models' personal rights—including in the use of new technologies such as artificial intelligence. It creates a legally sound basis for contracts, social security contributions, and rights management, combats illegal agencies, and makes applicable laws and industry standards accessible and applicable for its members.
